Unopened Products

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Explain the reason for your return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Return the product in its original, unopened packaging

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund minus the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened seed packages
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Special order or custom products
  • Digital products or growing guides

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide photos of the damaged products and packaging
  3. We'll review your claim and offer a replacement or refund

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Bank Transfers: 3-7 business days after processing
  • Cryptocurrency: Processed within 3 business days at current exchange rates
